I ordered ube ensaymada, salted egg ensaymada, capuccino, ferrero cloud and matcha cloud. Best coffee I had in a while! Cozy atmosphere inside: Not too big nor commercial but not too small. Service is brilliant and operations run by young enthusiastic teens. I have the pleasure of meeting with the owners and got to talk to them about this yound and upcoming business. If you are looking for something extraordinary - this is the place for you!

This place is so cute! We got an ube matcha, ferror latte, macarons, and an ube ensaymada. All amazing! So happy there’s a new coffee shop on this side of town.

This cafe is clean, cute, and designed to be lovely with a unique twist of sheep deco. Decent variety of fun drinks, the only unfortunate thing is they are mostly iced BUT that’s because they use a lot of cold foam and toppings that work best iced. They can make all the classics and they have teas including matcha. We didn’t get any treats but they have some available but we did get a latte each. The espresso still shines through my flavored latte (I got pistachio) which I appreciate and if you don’t like espresso, they have Clouds (without espresso). The staff was friendly and patient with our questions! Plenty of seating and parking Super happy to find this on the way back to Vegas from the Hoover Dam.

I’ve come here twice, first time I got the ube matcha and the second time the hojicha latte. Both really good and baristas really nice. They gave me recommendations. Very cute inside and not too loud. 10/10

Made a cross town trip on my motorcycle to try Middle Black Sheep Coffee Roasters. Delightful atmosphere, friendly staff, AWESOME coffee. I tried the cold brew (nowhere to hide). Rich deep flavor, so damn good.

Ive been in search of a cute little coffee shop in the neighborhood and found this little gem tucked away! The atmosphere, vibe and service is awesome. I will be a regular lol sorry to my wallet!

I love a good iced americano and WOW this one is good. The average I've tried around Vegas tends towards bitter and over extracted. This is super clear, some sweetness, nice acidity. They pull a great shot here. Super fast service as well. Even more excited to try the beans I grabbed!

We had their mango sticky rice matcha and a turon brulee latte. The matcha really did taste like mango sticky rice with the addition of high quality matcha. The latte had a sweet pop of banana caramel flavoring. Additionally, I got a laing empanada just to try it and it was really delicious. I have never tried laing before but the empanada was perfectly flaky and crispy, with a delicious savory filling that was flavorful but not too heavy. I could definitely see myself coming back just for more empanadas. The staff were friendly. The environment inside this establishment was very chill and laid back, a perfect place to meet someone to chat, or do some studying. This business seems to put a lot of effort into tasty flavors and high quality recipes for their products. While we were sitting in the cafe, we were offered a sample of a new menu item, the grilled cheese ube halaya. This was comforting and the ube complimented the cheese very well. This location is quite a drive for me personally, but I will definitely be coming back in the future.
